Walk4Water10 – Lake Oswego

Walk4Water10 | Saturday, April 29 at 9am (Check-in 8:30)

Walk4Water10 is a stroller-friendly walk beginning and ending at Foothills Park (199 Foothills Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97034) in downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon.

To simulate the experience of villagers in Zambia, we walk to the water source, fill our buckets with water, and return to the starting point.

Instead of t-shirts, we will be selling W4W10 commemorative water bottles this year!

Bring Your Bucket!

We will walk rain or shine because they do.

THANK YOU to our generous Walk4Water10 Sponsors who help cover the cost of the walk so that 100% of the registrations and donations were given to provide clean water for rural Zambian villagers.  Is your business or family interested in becoming a sponsor?  Sign up today!

Our host for the Walk4Water this year is Bwalya Melu.
Bwalya is a native of Zambia, married to Enid for 33 years, with four children. Bwalya has a passionate calling to help the most disadvantaged and vulnerable, particularly infants, children, youth and women, find sustainable solutions.  He has over 30 years of experience with humanitarian organizations (including World Vision) in Africa, Europe and the U.S..  His work connects people with resources to meet their urgent needs.
