Today is World Water Day–Water & Food Security is the United Nations theme this year.

As part of our mission to raise awareness and funds for the water needs in Africa, WaterAfrica teams travel to southern Zambia with World Vision to observe first-hand the impressive methods they use to bring sustainable Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) solutions to rural Zambians. Team members report on life-changing results from the impact that clean, accessible water has on food security.

A compelling reason to engage with WaterAfrica is the personal nature of our organization. We work together to create opportunities for involvement, helping donors and volunteers connect with the results of their gifts.

We invite you to take a few moments to watch this water-themed slideshow of images captured by WaterAfrica travel teams. This is the WaterAfrica story and we are grateful for your part.
