Walk4Water 2021 Update

WaterAfrica friends, we thank you for the terrific support of Walk4Water! People who participated virtually sent their photos – plus a small but passionate group showed up on Saturday at Foothills Park!

And… because of your participation and support these past months, WaterAfrica raised an additional $26,000 through this year’s walk and was able to send $140,000 for continuing our mission to Finish the Job in Zambia! Following a generous 50% donor match, this means 4,200 people are gaining access to clean water – for life! This is incredible support from you all and our hearts are full of gratitude!

Special thanks to the City of Lake Oswego for working with us and allowing our live event! We greatly appreciate all our Family Sponsors and Community Sponsors!

But the challenge is not over and we need to build momentum to “finish the job” please tell 4 friends about WaterAfrica and have them sign-up for our newsletter! Ask them to participate in the walk challenge it’s a great way to make more people aware of our mission.

Finishing the Job in Zambia is our priority – providing safe water to all Zambians in the next 5 years! We’re more committed than ever, we’re all on track for meaningful events and we’re glad we’re in this together – that we walk so they don’t have to!
